01 June: Nico flies to Montreal for the Canadian Grand Prix.
03 June: Kazuki takes the short flight from New York – where he’s enjoyed a few days holiday with his girlfriend – to Montreal.
08 June: Nico and Kazuki both retire from the Canadian Grand Prix.
12 June: Nico flies from Nice to Barcelona ahead of testing at the Circuit de Catalunya the following day. Kazuki, meanwhile, isn’t testing this week and heads to Portugal for a short holiday with friends.
13 June: Nico completes 86 laps of the Circuit de Catalunya, setting the fourth fastest time. He then returns to Monaco for the weekend.
17 June: Kazuki meets MotoGP star James Toseland at the AT&T Williams factory. They have lunch together before Kazuki sets a benchmark time on the team’s simulator for James to try and beat. Kazuki then heads to Heathrow to catch a flight to Paris, but… he misses his scheduled flight after chatting to his girlfriend for too long in the departure lounge! He’s forced to take the next flight later that night.
18 June: Kazuki takes part in the RBS GP Challenge in Paris. He then drives the 250kms to Magny-Cours with some of the marketing team.
19 June: Nico flies from Nice to Clermont Ferrand, arriving in the Magny-Cours paddock in time for his appearance in the FIA Press Conference.
22 June: A disappointing race sees Kazuki and Nico finish 15th and 16th respectively in the French Grand Prix.
24 June: Nico kicks off the team’s three-day test session at Silverstone. He completes 88 laps and sets the sixth fastest time.
25 June: Nico stays in the car for day two, this time completing 74 laps and setting the third fastest time. He then flies back to Monaco.
26 June: Kazuki takes over driving duties for the final day of the test, completing 70 laps and setting the sixth fastest time.
27 June: Nico celebrates his 23rd birthday with friends in Monaco.
28 June: The Williams F1 Summer Party at Grove. Both drivers attend.
29 June: Nico returns to Monaco, while Kazuki stays in the UK ahead of the British Grand Prix.
