Race Day Hospitality is a unique experience for corporate hospitality whether you are entertaining clients or as an employee incentive, or for that special occasion to share with friends and family.
We have the following dates available for 2008:
- Monaco – 25th May
- Silverstone – 6th July
- Budapest – 3rd August
- Singapore – 28th September (The first night race)
- Brazil – 2nd November

Race times are to be confirmed and are subject to change.
Williams F1 Race Day Hospitality includes:
- Breakfast/ or lunch F1 Style (depending on race start time)
- Qualifying review and sweepstake with prizes
- Live telephone link to Frank Williams or a member of AT&T Williams direct from the circuit
- Drinks Reception
- Simulator experience
- Tour of the Williams F1 Grand Prix Collection
- Live uninterrupted coverage of the Grand Prix via large screens and continual live updates on tactics and strategy from the AT&T Williams Pit Lane
- Race Debrief
- Buffet Lunch or dinner (depending on race start time)
Individual places cost £170 + VAT or you can book a table of 10 places for £1,530 + VAT
Places are limited to 150 per race.
