Have you ever tried writing on a girl’s breast? I’m not talking about anything erotic here, just an autograph on a t-shirt, and it’s not as easy as you might think.
A Japanese fan was waiting by the turnstiles to the Albert Park paddock this morning and she asked me to sign her shirt. I felt obliged and did my best, but it was a much harder task than I expected. Being on an uneven surface, the cloth scrunched up as I wrote and she didn’t get one of my best signatures as a result. I am sorry!
Such are the hardships of racing in Australia, but I can live with it!
